تصميم التعلم وتصميم التجربة بقلم دكتور/ عبد الكريم درويش يتضمن التدريب المتميز تصميم تجربة التعلم والتى يتاح من خلالها توفير الفرصة الآمنه للمتدرب للتعرف على كيفية أداء العمل بصورة جديدة (في ضوء أفضل الممارسات العالمية أو الإبتكار المؤسسي) والقيام بذلك بصورة واقعية، بمعنى تحويل المعرفة الجديدة إلى مهارة من خلال التطبيق العملي وللقيام بذلك يحتاج المدرب تنفيذ مايلي: 1) صياغة المعرفة فى شكل عملي كخطوات للقيام بالعمل بالطريقة الجديدة (في ضوء أفضل الممارسات العالمية أو الإبتكار المؤسسي) . 2) مساعدة المتدرب على التطبيق الفوري لطريقة الأداء الجديدة والقيام بدور الموجه (كوتش) من خلال توفير التغذية الراجعة لتأكيد كيفية تطبيق الممارسة بصورة صحيحة. 3) تصميم الخطوتين السابقتين في شكل تجربة يمر من خلالها المتدرب بصورة بسيطة وسلسلة مع الإحساس بالمتعة والسرعة في التعلم مما يكسب المتعلم الشعور بالثقة وبالعائد الفوري من عملية التعلم. للتواصل: Abdelkarim.A.Darwish@gmail.com
