Knowledge to Acknowledge (Two Areas for Great Formulas)
Knowledge to Acknowledge (Two Areas for Great Formulas)
By Dr. Abdelkarim Darwish, PhD
The Organizational environment is becoming more complex both internally and externally. This complexity is further intensified by substantial changes at speedy rates. In such an environment, simplicity and innovation become very important tools for pursuing the organizational vision through its mission, objectives and decision-making.
Steve Jobs once said “Simplicity is ultimate Sophistication”, which involves the needs of deep understanding for any complex relationships in order to have a clear and precise point of view about it. This can come from mastering the subject of Business Analysis (BA): When we can see the forest and the trees -which means we can see the big picture and its details.
Moreover, innovation needs high management capabilities for transforming any creative ideas into innovation (innovative product or service), which can become a reality through Project Management (PM).
So, acquiring the knowledge related to these two great subjects or areas makes great formulas as well as a big difference for achieving remarkable results, because we will not only be knowledgeable, but also knowledge-able: we would gain more abilities to do more and achieve more.
